Privacy notice

Cloud Ace Advisor gives general guidance from the answers you select. If you choose “Send my question,” it sends your name, contact details, selected question, answers, optional free-text question, and the guidance shown to you to Cloud Ace for a human follow-up.

How the handoff works

The submission is sent from the Advisor server through the Google Gmail API to a designated Cloud Ace mailbox. The Advisor uses a send-only authorization; it does not read the sending mailbox. Cloud Ace staff who handle inquiries may access the delivered message to respond to you. Do not submit passwords, API keys, or other secrets.

Storage and access

The delivered message is stored in Google Workspace mail according to Cloud Ace’s mailbox settings and handling practices. The Advisor does not maintain a separate customer-question database. Operational logs record delivery success or failure and a request reference, without the submitted question or contact details.

Your choices

You may use the general guidance without sending a question. To ask about a submission, request access or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact chin.keekuen@cloud-ace.jp.

Cloud Ace Advisor 根据您选择的答案提供一般性建议。只有在您点击“提交我的问题”时，您的姓名、联系方式、问题、回答及页面显示的建议才会由服务器通过 Google Gmail API 发送给 Cloud Ace，以便人工跟进。请勿提交密码、API 密钥或其他机密信息。您可以只查看建议而不提交问题。如需查询、访问或删除已提交的信息，请联系 chin.keekuen@cloud-ace.jp。
